Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms cover your use of arsydian.com, qr.arsydian.com and pay.arsydian.com (the sites), which are run by Arsydian LLC. By using the sites, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Our services

IT services we perform for you are covered by the proposal, statement of work or other written agreement we sign with you (your engagement agreement). If your engagement agreement conflicts with these terms, your engagement agreement wins. Information on the sites is general and isn't advice about your situation until we've agreed to work together.

Paying invoices

  • Payments on pay.arsydian.com are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars and applied to the invoice number you enter. The minimum payment is $10.00.
  • Please check the invoice number and amount before you pay. If you're unsure, email us first.
  • Stripe emails a receipt to the address you provide.
  • Bank (ACH) payments take a few business days to clear. If a bank payment fails or is reversed, the invoice stays unpaid and we'll ask you to pay another way.

Refunds

  • Duplicate payments and overpayments. If you pay twice or pay more than you owe, we'll refund the difference within 10 business days of either of us noticing it, or apply it as a credit to a future invoice if you'd rather.
  • Work already done. Fees for work we've performed, and for equipment or materials bought for your project, aren't refundable unless your engagement agreement says otherwise or the law requires it.
  • Cancelled projects. If a project is cancelled before it's finished, we'll refund any amount you prepaid for work we haven't done, minus costs we've already committed to on your behalf and can't recover, unless your engagement agreement says otherwise.
  • Questions about a charge. If you think a charge is wrong, please email info@arsydian.com before disputing it with your bank. We reply within two business days and will work with you to put it right.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

The QR code generator

  • qr.arsydian.com is free to use and is provided as is. You're responsible for what you put in your QR codes and for checking that they scan correctly before you print or share them.
  • Don't use it to make codes that lead to phishing pages, malware or anything else unlawful.
  • The QR codes you create are yours to use however you like, including commercially.
  • The generator's source code is available under the MIT License.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to disrupt, overload or get unauthorized access to the sites; use automated tools in a way that slows them down; misuse the payment portal, for example by testing stolen cards; or use the sites to break the law. Good-faith security research that follows the guidelines below doesn't break this rule.

Reporting security issues

If you find a vulnerability in any of our sites, please email info@arsydian.com with a description and the steps to reproduce it. When testing, please:

  • only use accounts and data that belong to you
  • not access, change or delete other people's data
  • not run denial-of-service, social-engineering or physical tests
  • give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you disclose it publicly.

We'll acknowledge your report within two business days and keep you updated while we fix it. We won't take legal action against anyone who reports an issue in good faith and follows these guidelines. Our security contact details are also published at /.well-known/security.txt.

The content of the sites and the Arsydian name and logo belong to Arsydian LLC. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product without our written permission.
