Privacy Policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information Arsydian LLC collects through arsydian.com, pay.arsydian.com and qr.arsydian.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Information you send us

When you email info@arsydian.com, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it to reply, to scope and deliver work, and to keep business records.

Paying an invoice

When you pay on pay.arsydian.com, you enter your name, email address, invoice number, the amount, and optionally a description of the service. We pass these to our payment processor, Stripe, to create the payment, and Stripe emails your receipt to the address you give.

  • Card and bank details are entered into fields hosted by Stripe and go directly to Stripe. They never reach our servers, and we can't see your full card or account number.
  • Stripe collects information about your device and browser, and sets cookies, to prevent fraud. Its handling of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, Apple's or Google's privacy terms also apply.
  • Payment links we send you may include your invoice number, amount, name and email address so the form fills itself in. Treat them as you would the invoice.

The QR code generator

qr.arsydian.com runs entirely in your browser. Everything you put into a QR code, including links, Wi-Fi passwords, contact details, logos and CSV files, is processed on your device. None of it is sent to us or stored by us.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't track you across other websites.

Hosting and security

Our sites are hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the sites from attacks, and it may set cookies needed for that protection.

Content from other services

The About section of arsydian.com shows a certification badge from Credly. Your browser loads the badge directly from Credly, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Credly's privacy policy. Our fonts are served from our own sites, so loading a page doesn't contact a font service.

Links to other websites are covered by those sites' own policies.

Cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies on our sites are the fraud-prevention and security cookies set by Stripe, Cloudflare and Credly described above.

How we use and share information

We use the information above only to respond to you, provide our services, process payments, keep accounting records, protect our sites, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe, Cloudflare and our email provider; when the law requires it; or when it's needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and project records while we work together and for a reasonable time afterwards. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires, typically seven years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@arsydian.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as payment history, to meet legal or accounting obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and you can use the same address to exercise them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no system is perfectly secure. If you find a vulnerability, please report it as described in our Terms of Service.

Children

Our sites and services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
